Help please sky go wont work

I ordered sky stream at the weekend and was told it would be delivered today (it hasn't been) and there's no way to track it on the website, the tracking brings me to a page that says activation expected or something similar. 

 

The guy selling it told me I could watch sky go from my phone etc until it arrived anyway, which I've tried to do this morning but keep getting error code 0-01 problem connecting to sky go. I'm using an android phone I've cleared the cache and cookies and uninstalled the app twice, turned on and off my WiFi, and still no luck. I can't watch anything at all on the app. 

 

Firstly is there any way I can actually track my order and then is there any way I can in the meantime watch skygo? As I was told I would be able to

Other than phoning Sky about the delivery i don't think there is anyway to know what time it will be with you.

 

The error code is a wrong subscription one which might clear itself once you have activated Sky Glass when it turns up.

I've had the worst experience with sky since this that is making me think of cancelling before the stream puck has even arrived. I called them yesterday to ask for an update on my delivery and I got told it will be 14 days and that there is no next day delivery that I am incorrect and sorry I picked it up wrong. Aside from the fact that next day delivery is advertised all over their website I was also assured by the sky rep at the weekend that it was next day delivery and the very latest I would have my puck was Tuesday

 The customer care agent continued to tell me I got it wrong, and spoke over me every time I tried to explain

 I could hear someone in the background saying "place the call on hold" repeatedly even though I explained I couldn't go on hold for the 10th time as I had to return to work. 

By the end of the call I was assured the sky puck would be delivered today, but yet they didn't seem to know if it had been sent out, if it was with the courier etc. I hold no hope in recieveing it today as the courier they use in Ireland DPD always text the night before delivery and I've recieved nothing. 

I did ask to speak to a manager yesterday and was told I'd be on hold for 48 hours.

Is there any way to contact anyone from sky who can actually answer my question or tell me if my puck has been sent out for delivery? 

Going to cancel today if it doesn't arrive today.
