Have multi screen but can’t use sky go

I have sky multi screen but cannot use sky go. On My Sky app, it tells me to add a device by going to watch a show via sky go; however when on sky go it says I need Sky Q multiscreen, sky glass whole home or sky go extra ? I have multiscreen so why doesn't it work ?

Does it work if you go into settings in the app @fmlm and turn off the connection to your Sky Q box ?
