Free Sky Go Extra for VIP Dropped?

I've had Sky Go Extra for free as a VIP reward for ages until some guy from Sky called me and organised a box upgrade which included multi room that I specifically asked about as I didn't want it. After I found out it was an upsell I cancelled multi room and was told I am no longer eligible for free Sky go extra?!!! Is there any way to get it back as I didn't want multi room in the first place! This feels like an underhanded way of removing perks from loyal customers.

I think the free sky go extra reward from Sky VIP finished earlier in the year so in your case all you can do is to register a complaint:

I had this exact thing just happen to me! I rang up and I think after much discussion they are going to raise a ticket to get the discount reapplied (although apparently this takes 3-5 working days so fingers crossed...)

I have also updated my marketing communications so hopefully they won't ring me about these offers again...
