F 1 download

Hi, I have sky sports package. I mainly use it for formula 1. I can't always watch live so have the series link set up. I can usually download the recordings to my iPhone, in fact I did it for the last race, only last weekend, but for some reason it's no longer allowing me, even the practices from Friday are not available! Any ideas?

Did you set the recordings from the UHD channel ?

If so, I am afraid  you can't download to your tablet or watch on a mini

Unfortunately SKY go is not really my forte -I will move the post to the Sky Go group as I think it may be better answered there.

Please advise what error messages you are getting & any other info you can to help anyone to assist

There is no error message, I go onto recordings and click on the one I want, usually the option comes up to download to iPhone. But unfortunately that option isn't there now.

So I fixed my own problem. I rebooted the main sky q box, the stuff I recorded on Friday and Saturday still won't download to iPhone, but I recorded the race and that downloaded no problem.

Glad it is now working for you, although I have no idea why the Fri/Sat recordings would remain unavailable

Yes it's very odd. As you know, each recording has an image representing the program/ film etc, but the ones that won't download are blank! I can still watch them on the sky q though!
