This is normal for Sky Go on a mobile device, Sky only want the devices own screen to be used for output

 

If you are using the devices screen only then you might want to report this to apps@sky.uk

Hi sorry its on my mobile phone tried reinstalling it several times . It worked OK till recently.  I have changed my phone to a Samsung s10 recently

Are you using the Sky Go app, if not what app are you using ?

Yes skygo app deleted and reinstalled several times

Have you got your mobile connected to an external device, if not and the message has only just started have you recently installed any new apps on your phone that could be causing this ?
