When I try to watch recordings I get an error message saying: sorry your device is being registered please try again in a few minutes.
I've had sky for years, I did cancel multirrom today (that I didn't have, I was just being charged for it). I've rebooted sky but still not working.

As in the device I'm trying to watch it on? If so yes, I've been on and checked and I've removed and added one again. I can watch programmes through sky go and download but I get the error message when I want to watch a recording!
it's happening on all devices that I have on it

I did up until today. Well I was paying for it but didn't actually have an additional box! I have cancelled it today

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreDid you call Sky today to cancel it or was today the day it was removed from your account. The reason I ask is to be able to watch your Sky Q recordings back via the Sky Go app you do need Multiscreen on your account.

Oh ok then this will be why! 😂 I didn't realise that and I'msure I've always been able to watch them even when I didn't have multiroom a long time ago. So I can still watch sky on it just not recordings?

That is correct, you can view everything Sky Go has to offer except the live BBC Channels and other channels not available via Sky Go plus your recordings.
