Error message PFE 9903 when trying to stream content on Mac via Sky Go.

I am getting Error message PFE 9903 when trying to stream content on my Mac via Sky Go. I have tried the Sky recommended soution of using Activity Monitor to stop programs such as Quicktime, VLC etc. The problem is not solved though. Does anyone have tips on how to fix this issue please?

With that error code there must be something running that can capture sound, video or pictures. The most common one is the snipping tool.
