I'm trying to watch Sky Go on a laptop. I've done this successfully in the past on this laptop but now Sky Go loads fine and the Guide appears but when I select a channel to watch I get the error code PFE 9004-IH.
At the moment, I have no Sky satelite signal because trees have grown and are blocking the dish and I can't get the Sky Go app on my Samsung TVs so this is the only way I have to watch Sky so I need to cancel my subscription if I can't get this sorted.

I've now disconnected from my SkyQ box and it seems to be working so thanks for the message that appears to have resolved the issue.
