Error message 1404

Hello, I'm receiving the error message 1404 on my laptop (Asus ZenBook13) when accessing channels on SkyGo. I've tried un-installing and re-installing with no success. It's probably the first time since the windows 10 upgrade. Can you help please? Many thanks.

@Colleen57

Do you have a TV subscription from Sky ?

If so make sure you are logged in with the correct ID/email

Something else to try is to go to skyid.sky.com/signin/skycomlinked and enter details when it asks for your postcode. Account info will then be activated so try Sky Go again.
