Error code PFE 9903 Trying to watch SkyGo on a Mac and it says I have software capable of capturing. Never had a problem before

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out more

You need to make sure any program capturing video, sound or pictures is closed so be that can cause this error is the snipping tool.

For me I found it was Keynote causing the issue on my mac!
