Error code D0-O-IH when trying to download
Trying to download an error D0-O-IH appears every time on Windows PC Sky Go app. Have logged out, logged back in, uninstalled, reinstalled, logged back in and error is still appearing. Works fine on tablet, but not on the PC. Any help appreciated.

Do you have Sky Go Extea on your account as this is needed before being able to download content with the app.
