I've always used my phone to watch games it's now throwing this erro code at me , I re-instated the app, didn't work , now can't download a programme as it's asking me, why in the hell is this not simple and I'm now spending most my night talking to a computer! What's going on???

Not sure what it is asking you because to download a program you need Sky Go Extra on your account so do you have this on your account ?

All sorted now , I just needed to uninstall the app and change internet settings, thanks for getting back to me tho mate
