Unable to watch sky go on iPad or iPhone

We are away for the weekend in the Uk and hoped to watch programmes on Skygo. We keep getting the message "Sorry, something went wrong. Because of a technical issue, you cannot watch this channel. Please try again later"

Tried logging out and back in again. Same message on IPad and on two iPhones. Very disappointed we can't watch the football.

Are you on a Wifi or mobile data connection, if the later do you have location settings turned on ?

Hi @GP336   It is very common for hotels and other accommodation to block streaming services like Sky Go. No doubt to reduce the bandwidth, so all guests have am equal share and sell their own services.
