Error code 91-1

Hello,

 

Since the beginning of october I can not download any programs. Every time I get the error code 91-1. No matter how many times I have deleted the app and restarted my iPad it just does not allow me to download programs any more. Or it goes into queued mode when there is no program waiting to be downloaded!

I also get error 50-2 . This is so annoying and not on. Everything was fine until the beginning of October. What has Sky changed?

To download content you do need Sky ago Extra on your account,

 

For Sky Go Extra you’ll need a Sky Multiscreen subscription or a Sky Glass Whole Home subscription or you can pay the monthly cost of £5 for it. It can also be free if you are a Sky Mobile customer or via Sky VIP as a reward. So give Sky a call who will work out the best way to get it added to your account.

Do you have Sky Go Extra on your account ?

No I don't have sky go extra. And i have not made any changes to my account.

I do have a sky multi screen option so i suppose it means that i have sky go extra?

It means you can have Sky Go Extra added to your account for no monthly cost so you will need to call Sky as it is not activated automatically.
