Error code 9

Have updated my ipad today, but now unable to watch SkyGo as getting message An unknown error occurred, please try again. Error code 9. Anyone able to assist please?

Have now fixed it myself by uninstalling and reinstalling SkyGo app. Bit of trial and error!

I have updated my iPad and am not seeing this message so have you tried deleting the app, rebooting the iPad then installing it again ?
