Error code 7b9950cdf

Having trouble  connecting  my XBOX ONE X to sky go.. tried all the basic resolves but nothing  changes..  all i get is  "somthing went wrong. Please try again".

If this error message is appearing on a console do you have Sky Go Extra on your account as this is required before you can use the app on your console.
