Error code 1413 and 1313

Just been on the phone with sky today, told me my account needed updating 

now its updated SKY go has error codes displaying and telling me to ring Sky help line agan

I have the same problem.  Sky go was working fine on my laptop up until an update on 2nd Sept.  Now I get and error message code 1413 and can't use Sky Go.  I have tried uninstalling it and reinstalling it.  Please Help

You are goung to have to call Sky as I believe this happens if you have made a change to your TV package.
