Error code 1410

Had sky and sky sports for many years and used my sky go on my phone and mac regualry but it is now comming up with the error code 1410 saying I dont have relevant subscription.

 

I have tried reinstalling, changing the password, disconecting from sky Q box. Nothing seems to work.

Are you logged into the app with the correct Sky ID and password ?

Yes correct Ski ID details. I have changed them and re-done it as well still says error.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.
