I am trying to watch a recording on sky go and it says 'the maximum number of devices are being used' I only use 1 iPad. then when k try to download it's says 'to enjoy this service please upgrade your subscription' I have the correct account to watch the channel, it's ITV2

Is the recording one from your Sky Q box or is it via the app itself ?
