Error code 1404
Hello,
My sky go isnt working, the login and password are correct please help, we have just got sky Q is this the issue if so how can it be fixed?

Are logged in with the correct ID/email
Something else to try is to go to skyid.sky.com/signin/skycomlinked and enter details when it asks for your postcode. Account info will then be activated so try Sky Go again.

Has Sky Go been working for you previously or is today the first day you are using it ?

It has worked fine previously on the same devices, this is the first time I have tried it in about 2 months

During the 2 months you haven't used it was this when you upgraded to Sky Q ?
If so go to settings on the Sky Go app and disconnect the connection to the Sky Q box to see if that then works.
