Error code 0-01

Android mobile.

Trying to watch on skygo on any channel including  ITV 1 & sky sports. I get a message 'problem connecting to skygo network. Error code 0-01'.

At home I am on sky stream with sky sports etc.

Reinstalled skygo, rebooted, cleared cache etc. Still no joy

Hi @Chimfender  Check that you are signed in correctly as the 0-01 error is usually due to being signed into the app with an incorrect Sky ID.

 

You could always try uninstalling the Go App and reinstalling it in case it has developed a glitch.
