I'm able to login to the SkyGo app and only able to access a few terrestrial channels like BBC1/2 but all the others with the same error message.
I've tried as suggested uninstalling the app, rebooting the phone etc login in and out but still the same.
Any other suggestions

0-01 is a wrong subscription error so apart from those BBC channels if the app is connected to a Sky Q box do you have multiscreen on your account as you need to do this to stream from your box. That apart if you disconnect it from your Sky Q box does it now work for you ?

I've tried disconnecting, but only made the problem worse and wasn't able to access BBC channels either.

The question is then, do you have a multiscreen sub as you need this to stream channels from your Sky Q box.
