Error Message when trying to use SkyGo

I get the following error message when trying to use SkyGo on my laptop - You don't have permission to access "http://skyid.sky.com/AK_PM_VPATH0/856922/288_Error.html" on this server.

I also get the following error message when trying to use SkyGo on my Xbox - Something went wrong. Please try again. (a18b42e2).

 

Has anyone else seen these error messages and knows how to fix them? Thanks

Have you tried rebooting your broadband router, leave it off for 10 minutes or so.
