Error Message when trying to download

When trying to download on my tablet often I get an error message.

Sometimes (not always) I leave it and it works the next day.

If I can't/don't want to wait I have to uninstall the app and reinstall it again.

  I did this four days ago and I've got the error message again. 

   This has been going on for months and getting frustrated with it now.

    It works on my phone so could it be my tablet?

To see if they can help you with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this.


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears:

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

Hi. I was having a conversation with a Sky Expert ongoing throughout the week but the chat bubble seems to have disappeared. Would you be able to help?
