SKYGO STOPPED WORKING ON ANDROID MAXIMUM DEVICE ERROR WHEN ZERO DEVICES USING
Hi,
SkyGo stopped working on my tablet and phone. Just get 'maximum devices using app, please close other devices to view.'
There are no devices using it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled app on both devices, removed all devices from my devices and tried again and just nothing changes.
Frustrating as I like to watch in the gym and in my camper.
If I cannot fix this I doubt I can stay with Sky despite being with them for over 10 years, annoying I do not seem to be able to contact them without calling some number they profit from.
Would like to avoid just being fleeced in some call center queue....
If anyone has any ideas of what I can try I am all ears.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you sometime tomorrow morning regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page.
This link explains how this works so you need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page:

Sorry I have been busy with work lately. Can we please reopen this?
Or at least can Sky remove my android devices and reset so they do not think they are already in use.

my error fixed itself, honestly do not know how, so touch wood will be fine going forward
