Error Message when installing SkyGo on Windows laptop

Error message reads as follows:

C:\Users\abcde\AppData\Roaming\Sky\Sky Go\ffmpeg.dll

An error occurred while trying to replace the existing file:

DeleteFile failed: code 5

Access is denied

Click Retry to try again , Ignore to skip this file (not recommended) or Abort to cancel installation.

I cannot get past this point.

Fully remove Sky Go using the instructions in my Sky Go FAQ (link below), then try to reinstall the app
