Bought a new mac laptop and looked forward to using the Sky Go app, but frustratingly I cannot. I download the app, open the app, press play on a programme, then the error message pops up. "Sky Go is unavailable right now. Please try again later. Code 1304."
I even had this issue with my old mac laptop for years but assumed it was because my laptop was old, turns out not the case.
Can someone at Sky please help? I haven't been able to find anywhere what the code 1304 means to even know where to start.

Yes, I have a subscription which includes multiroom.
Extra info: My mac laptop is up to date and fits the specifications to use the app. I have checked the app for latest updates and it is also up to date.
