Mine has worked without issue since I did the following process.
1:Tried Sky Go and got error message.
2:Turned on Private Relay and tried Sky go. Got error message.
3: Deleted sky go app
4:Reboot iphone
5:reinstall Sky go app
6:Try sky go app and get error message.
7: Turn off private relay.
8: Sky Go now works.
Had no problems for 2 weeks now.

I go the same advice from the sky helpline, but private relay is in beta and I haven't even subscribed to it...

on iPhone go to Settings, then ICloud, the you will see Private Relay

Done all the steps now its saying that my device needs to authorised, ensure its connected to the internet ? It's driving me mad. All reluctantly updated my iPhone thinking it may have been that ????

Hi all. Recently I've been unable to stream anything via the Sky Go app unlesss i'm at home and connected to my WiFi. This is of course the only time I don't need Sky Go, so it's extremely frustrating.
Any ideas on the issue?
Mobile data is on and the app is allowed to use it - so can't see the issue myself.

Hi @caesarome. It just says there was a problem streaming this channel (error 17c.2) and to check my network connection. Thanks

I have the exact same error issues as everyone mentioned on here, including Device Not Authorised along with code 42530 24421. They are just a range of random messages which doesn't seem to relate what the real underlining issue is.
It sounds to all relate to the latest IOS update and tried turning off Private Relay to OFF. Nothing works.
WiFi is fine when connected to a Home Network. Mobile streaming doesn't at all since a few days ago.
I have called Sky Apps help team and escalated to Sky Apps by Email but no one is able to respond to a resolution.
I may need to cancel Multiscreen if I am not getting the service I am paying for.

Unfortunately that doesn't work. It seems to have happened overnight, and won't work on 3G or 4G. I've tested all types of channels and none seem to play unless on wifi and connected to the sky Q box.

Hi. I got it to work by doing the following
On my phone. Went to settings then Mobil data then Mobil data options and changing it from 4g to 3 g
that works for me.

That only works if you have a phone old enough that still has the option to revert to 3G. Most new devices can only switch between 5G and 4G
