Error 1310, 1410, 1510

My partner was previous account holder of sky. I now have own credentials and I am downloading Sky Go on Macbook, however I keep getting error 1310, 1410, 1510 when I try to watch something that isn't live terrestrial channels. 

I don't find any way to ensure I am logged in with the new credentials in Sky Go. 

Any ideas?

Have you setup your own Sky ID to login to the app with. To logout you can do this via settings on the home page of the app.
