Downloading Sky to devices

I can download from my Q box to my iphone but ehen I try the same with my ipad it comes up with "oops something went wrong" then an error of 4090 appears.  Any help appreciated

Make sure your Sky account is linked to your Sky ID, to do this see if you can access this link to view your online Sky bills:

 

https://www.sky.com/bill/tv-broadband-talk

 

You might then be asked to link it to your ID and you will need your Sky account number or your viewing card number to do this.

I can access my bill on my ipad and even use the remote to change chans on the telly etc. 

i still keep getting the message...Sorry an error occured.  Please check your internet connection and try again.  Error code 4090

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who should be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to a few hours to be contacted via this, so if the bubble hasn't appeared by 7pm it will be tomorrow that they will contact you by it:


This link explains how this works so you will need to respond to the chat bubble at the bottom of the page when it appears by typing it it to start the chat:

When the chat bubble does appear you will have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. To start the conversation just type in it.
