Difficulty installing Sky go app

I've installed the sky go app on my windows laptop but when I open it I get a blank screen that is just the logo filling the whole screen. I can't do anything. Any ideas welcome. Thanks

Try making the windows smaller then when the blank screen loads up try putting your cursor on one of the corners of it and then try dragging it to make it bigger to see if that then loads up Sky Go.
