Hi, I recently migrated to a new macbook Air (M2 chip/Sonoma OS) but now it appears SkyGo does not work. On selection it states 'checking for updates' but then all i get is a blue screen with white (start button) - no side menus or option. Im trying to completely uninstall it but going to launchpad and dragging the icon to trash - it just flies back to where it was. Tried right-clicking etc - no options at all. I found a widget in Finder and removed that to trash and restart but still nothing. ALso cannot locate it in Applications or nay other reference in Finder....anyone any suggestions please? I would like to remove any trace then try a re-install. Thanks muchly in advance.

Hi, sadly no. Thought someone out there would know including Sky staff?

I managed to do it. I went into finder then type in Sky Go in the search box and the Sky Go icon then appears. You can then just drag it into the trash. It hasn't helped me though. Still can't get it going although it does say disable you VPN if you use one and turn off any adblockers. Done all that but still no luck. Will try again when they get through this global outage that's gone all haywire.
