I cannot connect Sky Go on my Apple laptop despite using it for years. Today, I got an error message that says, 'We're having problems connecting you. Please try again (001).' I tried again and got the same message. I have rebooted my laptop; I am not running a VPN...in short I have not changed anything and have never had this problem before. Help!

I am having same issue, have uninstalled app then reinstalled. Can see that it is version 24.2.3
