i cannot log in in to my sky go app on my new computer .I spoke to technical help sunday
I have been told that there is a problem and no new log ins can occur for the next 3 days
is this correct im not happy to be paying for a service i cannot acess ?
i would like you to offer me a refund for the past week as i have been unable to use the service i am paying for
