Cannot connect to the sky go app

My box was unplugged for a day. My multi room mini box isn't working and my sky go app has a problem connecting with the sky go app when trying to play anything in my planner

I presume you mean the Sky Go app can not connection to your Sky Q box to access your recordings ?

 

Is the setting on the Q box still turned on to allow the Sky Go app to access it ?
