I tried several times putting PIN number in inorder to watch download. It has not worked so impressed forgotten PIN number and set up a new pin. Still doesn't work!

@Cath+Gregory your pin number is normally the last 4 digits of your viewing card

You can find your viewing card number by pressing home scrolling down to settings then system info

If the Sky Go app is not connected to a Sky Q box then the pin for it can be reset here:

https://www.sky.com/manage/tv/manage-devices/change-pin
