Canit download, on catchup tv

Having problems with downloading programs from catchup tv, just had an engineer out to check the phone line he replaced the socket on wall, but still not working???

Is this happening on Sky Go (where you have posted) or on something like Sky Q and what is happening when you try to download, do you see an error message for example ?
