Can’t watch sky abroad why

I'm abroad and can't watch sky tv why I checked all settings etc data  roaming

You can only view Sky in almost all European countries if you are a Sky Ireland customer because if you live anywhere in the UK Brexit a few years ago stopped you from being able to watch Sky Gonoutside of the UK.
