I have received information from yourselves on my tv every time I try and watch my recorded programmes and some channels? It is telling me that I haven't subscribed to this channel and need to upgrade my account?? I have watched all of these recordings to date but wanted to catch up due to being away on holiday? Can you help me please?
Have you downloaded programs to Sky Go and can not view them back via the app ?
