As your issue isn't an issue with a Sky+ box where you posted this @Lambo188 I have moved this to the Sky Go forum for you.

What issue are you having with Sky Go on your console, if you are seeing an error message what does it say ?

To use the app on a console you need to have Sky Go Extra and Multiscreen (if you have a Sky+ or Sky Q box) or the Whole Home Package (if you are a Sky Stream or Sky Glass customer) so do you have these ?
