Can't download episodes

Trying to download episodes and it states I can't download it at this time due to technical issues. Please try again later. Then looking online and it states they are aware of issues, they resolved it and to disconnect for 30 seconds. I still can't download my episodes

Did this get resolved? Mine keep saying it looks like you haven't set up a device pin for sky go. No matter where I look manage my devices the phone is there but I can not download it brings the same message up.

No, I received a text message saying they've resolved it and in case it was still not functioning to turn the box off for 30 seconds. It's still showing the same message. I can't download any episodes of anything.

Downloading is very slow cannot keep up with playing the programme. All connections are shown to be ok. Problem is with all the apps
