Buffering football

Hello there don't know if anyone can help me but I have a problem when I try to watch sky sports football on sky go via my laptop ( other people using the tv)  the footy just starts buffering then works then buffers then works then buffer ect for the whole match. It only buffers on football if I watch golf or f1 or any other live sports it's fine so if anyone had any ideas what the issue is and how to fix it please please let me know. Thank you
