Had nothing but problems with the broadband router from the day it was installed, had enough of it now and want it sorted, the lights are on on the wall coming in, all lights are green on the broadband router, when we do checks on your test App it says everything is okay, obviously not as we cannot connect to the router through hardwire or Wi-Fi, need a new broadband router

on the box, I can see you on the wall always red light on and because the red light I haven't got any Internet or Wi-Fi at home
