Re: No Wi-Fi

Mines been so slow since Christmas Eve, I've tried turning it on & off again but nothing, tbh it's not been great since upgrading a few months back but now I'm getting absolutely no use from it?! HELP?!

@Daniel137

The first thing to do is check to see if there are any outages nearby via this link https://www.sky.com/servicechecker

(This should determine if there's an identified fault affecting multiple households)

If there aren't any then try running the line test here https://www.sky.com/help/articles/broadband-diagnostic-start

You can also run the test via the MySky app on a mobile data connection.

Once completed, if it reports back that all is good click on 'broadband' to run an updated test. If you get amber or red you need to follow the on-screen instructions.

Re: No Wi-Fi

There are many of us in my area all saying the same, sky went down yesterday morning and it's still off, almost 24hrs later.
service checker says there is no issues in our area.

the other link tells me there is an issue with my hub, I follow the instructions and then I get the message that sky are having technical issues and to come back later to test again.

same message I've had for almost 24hrs.

it isn't just me otherwise I'd have put the blame on a dodgy hub!
