BT Sports 1 - Code 1410

Hi i can actively watch this channel via my Sky TV box thanks to having a subcription.

 

However

 

I cannot acces this channel on Sky GO

 

I followed the help, signedout and back in again but it still gives the error code.

 

I can still watch it on the Box at home, but not from my laptop.

 

Can you please advise ?

Can you access the other BT Sports channels or channels like Sky Showcase on 106 ?

Other than trying to phone Sky today (as they have reduced staffing levels) there is nothing that can be done until tomorrow when we can get their messaging team to contact you about this if you want.

Same problem as a lot of others - can't access the BT channels on Sky Go when using computer/laptop. Would it not be easier to post a solution and circumvent the 'chat' with Sky? Maybe I'm trying to simplify simplicity?! Thanks in advance for any help.

Just to point out that I don't work for Sky.

 

Do you pay Sky or BT for access to the BT channels ?

And are they signed into the app with the correct Sky ID for their account which should be the primary one ?

I have the same issue - subscription with BT through Sky, can watch on TV but error 1410 on Sky Go.   I can see channel 106, but none of the BT sport channels.   Please can someone assist?   thanks.

To get you some help with this I have escalated your post to the Sky Messaging team who will be in touch with you regarding this via a blue/red chat bubble which will appear at the bottom of this page. It can take up to 24 hours to be contacted via this.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.

I have this problem with BT Sports channels not available on Sky Go, pay for the BT sports package via Sky, it works on the Sky HD box but get the 1410 code when trying to access through Sky Go.
