Message appears when tryin to log in.
The email address you're using has not been verified. Gives me a link a link to follow and QR code that take me to the sky website.
not found a way to verify email.

I don't know how to access my sky email account as yahoo mail/sky is now unavailable. How do I access my sky email?

https://skyid.sky.com/signin/email/
Usually with verification emails you only have a limited time to click the link in it.

I have two email adresses on my account. One of them I have not recieved an email so I am assuming it has gone to my sky email address that is on my account.
Thank you for the link.... after clicking the link and signing in I get this message...

So I still cannot access my Sky email.
What are the next steps to move this forward?

I have checked the junk and spam.
I think the issue is, the verification email would have been sent to my sky email. I have tried to access my Sky email and also have tried to access my Sky email via the link that you sent but the error message I am getting whilst trying to access my Sky email is...

I need help with accessing my Sky email. When I access that Sky email, I beilieve the verification would have been sent there. In addition, I have tried to edit my email address on my Sky account so it has one email linked to it but unfortunetly, It wont let me do that. Are you able to put me in touch with somebody that can help me access my Sky email?

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreThe issue you might have is, if you haven't logged into yoyr Sky email address in a while it might be closed hence that message you are seeing when you try to get logged into it.
The email would be sent to the address you have here on your account so which one is it:

Before doing that though have you managed to change your email address so the verification email comes through to it when you try again to use the app ?

Yes, I have tried to change the email for my Skyid and it just says, Error, try again. I have also tried to click 'My Messages' on the account menu and it comes up with 400 Bad Request.

If you can't change your email address do to the error and it doesn't work after clearing your cookies then you will need to give a call and ask them to change the email address for you.

Hi there
did you end up sorting this out ? As I get the same error when trying to log in to sky go on my Apple TV. I can't find any verification emails in my non sky account. And I did not setup a sky email addresss yet ... well as far as I know unless sky automatically sets these up.
