SkyQ customer with Sky Go on Apple TV. This wasworking great but as of yesterday I get an error that "your device needs to be authorised. Please ensure it's connected to the internet and try again".
Sky account the Apple TV shows as authorised completely fine and had been working up until yesterday. And I am definitely connected because things like TV guide work absolutely fine as well as all other apps and playback on Netflix etc on Apple TV
Does anyone have an idea what could be causing this? I have logged out and back in on the app but with no success @

Posted by a Superuser, not a Sky employee. Find out moreTry disabling the internet connection on your device, reboot it, turn the internet connection back on and give the Sky Go app another go.
