My Sky Go has been working for a couple of weeks, then stopped. It came up with error message 425............ I saw some people suggest that i delete Sky Go app and then load again. This i did, i now get error message 'not authorised'. What can i do ? Help please.

When the chat bubble does appear you have 48 hours to respond or it will be automatically closed. This isn't a live chat so replies are not instant.
