I am suddenly not able to download random programmes to my iPad. Thus happened a couple of years ago. No download button just a downward arrow on the programme picture and option to download to sky but not device - this is on random programmes. When this happened before after a few weeks it suddenly stopped happening. I have deleted and re installed the app,, restarted my device etc but no change. Previously this got fixed when I raised a case and complaint - don;t want to go through tat horrible process again; can anyone help?
