Adds

 When I switch tv on and got to a channel , it lets me watch h for 2 seconds and theses adds keep popping up for programs like traitors etc . And won't let me watch  the channel , I have to go off and back on and it does it again . Have reset box etc but still happens . It did it other night in middle of football

You mention a box so is this on Sky Q that this is happening on ?
